INOVA – TORCH HEIGHT CONTROL

The HD 4000 Series Portal Machine uses a heavy duty frame and rail construction manufactured in South Africa.

The standard size is a 4m x 16m rail system, but custom sizes can be manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

The machine incorporates an operator-friendly control with accuracy and repeatability as the norm.

This portal uses heavy duty downdraft plasma cutting tables and uses a dust extraction and filtration system. To ensure a quality cut, stable earthing technology is incorporated into the system.

Various Plasma and Oxyfuel cutting torches as well as various OxyFuel cutting tables are available on request.

PHANTOM II SHAPE CUTTING CONTROLLER

The advanced Phantom II CNC shape cutting controller is designed for use with multiple axis cutting machines. It features an operator console that contains full plasma functionality for 2 plasma stations, up to 6 oxyfuel stations, a single marker and auxiliary functions. The new software provides improved flexibility and ease of use for the operator. The end result is excellent cut quality and high productivity.
